Facilities
The centre is licensed by the local council as a registered Food Safety Facility and as such meet the strict requirements to operate a Food Safety Program.
Indoor
All of our rooms are set up to provide age appropriate learning experiences to create a comfortable safe environment. We have air conditioning and heating throughout the centre. All rooms have access to bathrooms and easy access to outdoors
We have four main playrooms
- The Nursery for babies (0-2 years) 16 children per day
- The Toddler room for children (2-3 years) 16 children per day
- The Pre Kinder room for children( 3 -4 years) 16 children per day
- The Kindergarten room for children (4-5 years) This is a Funded Kindergarten, meaning we employ a Qualified Teacher and a Diploma Qualified Assistant to provide a Kindergarten program that operates within the long day care hours allowing children to attend Kindergarten whilst meeting the needs of working Parents.
Extra facilities
- Fully equipped kitchen where meals are prepared fresh daily including catering to special dietary requirements and allergies.
- Kitchenette in Nursery for preparing bottles and catering to babies individual needs and routines
- We also have a laundry where all linen is sanitized and washed.
Outdoor
Our play areas have been professionally landscaped to offer a spacious and exciting natural learning and play environment.

Safety
Security and Safety are most important to us at Rosanna Village Child Care Centre
- All outdoor areas are securely fenced with regulation fencing.
- Around outside equipment, soft fall and turf have been installed following the safety guidelines.
- Children have constant supervision both indoors and outdoors
- Access to the centre is only permitted via the front door which is coded.
- All medications are stored safely away from children
- All Educators are trained in First aid including Anaphylaxis & Asthma training
- We practice Fire drills monthly
- We also practice Lock down procedure
- We follow sun smart policy and practices
Meals
- All meals are prepared daily on the premises using fresh ingredients
- Food Safety supervisor with current qualifications
- Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack are provided
- We have a four week rotating summer and winter menu which is displayed outside kitchen
- Meals are designed to be nutritious and cater to any special dietary or allergy needs including cultural preferences.
